- Drivers send firm offers for your exact job. You can counter. The total you accept is what you pay — no extra fees.
- When is the driver paid?
- After delivery is confirmed with your recipient’s code, or after support reviews it. Until then, Haulway holds the payment.
- What if something is damaged?
- Report it in the app with photos. We hold the driver’s payout for that job while we review.
